Frequently asked questions
Is SMSGo a mobile carrier?
No. We are an SMS gateway: we receive your messages over SMPP or REST API and deliver them to the operators over domestic routes.
Can I use SMPP and REST API at the same time?
Yes. You can choose the protocol that best fits each use case and even combine both under the same account.
Which operators are available?
We deliver to Vivo, Claro and TIM, the three mobile networks in Brazil (Oi sold its mobile business in 2022). Delivery to virtual operators (MVNOs) depends on the route and may vary.
Do you support companies from China?
Yes. We offer documentation in Chinese, accept international payments and provide technical support in the right time zone.
